KPI Green Energy Limited — Important, 16-01-2025: Updates

KPI Green Energy is ramping up its efforts on the GUVNL 50 MW Hybrid Project, which includes 75.2 MWp of solar and 16.9 MW of wind energy. Awarded by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., the project aims for a Scheduled Commercial Operation Date of July 3, 2026. KPI's operational capacity will grow from 171 MWp to 503 MWp, boosting its project portfolio significantly.

Strategically located in Bharuch, the project utilizes innovative technologies, including IoT-powered robotic cleaning and a centralized Network Operations Center for real-time monitoring. This initiative will lead to an estimated annual generation of ~17 Cr kWh, electrifying approximately 1.3 lakh homes while creating over 300 jobs and saving ~1.2 lakh metric tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. Current progress reflects a solid execution strategy, with financial closure nearing completion and 30% of construction underway. The project positions KP Group as a leading player in India’s green energy sector, committing to sustainable development and community impact initiatives.
