Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-01-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors has approved a 3rd Interim Dividend of ₹1 (100%) per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, with a record date set for 22nd January 2025. The dividend is scheduled for payment on or before 29th January 2025. This follows previous interim dividends of ₹1 per share declared in July and October 2024, bringing the total interim dividend to ₹3 per share (300%).

In the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, the company reported a net revenue from operations of ₹34,583.61 Cr, marking an increase from ₹29,183.55 Cr in the same period last year. The profit after tax for the quarter stands at ₹4,056.46 Cr.
