D.B.Corp Limited — Board Meeting, 16-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of D. B. Corp Limited has convened a meeting where they approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, and acknowledged the Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors. They appointed Mr. Runit Kishor Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Vijay Kumar TV was named Chief Operating Officer in Ad Sales, and Vineet Sharma was appointed Editor in the Digital division. The resignation of Chief Business Officer Sanjay Chandrashekhar Joshi was also accepted, effective February 3, 2025.
