64,168 equity shares have been allotted under the Firstsource Solutions Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2003 (ESOS 2003) and the Firstsource Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (ESOP 2019 Plan). This allotment follows the exercise of stock options granted under ESOP 2019, approved by the Trustees of the Firstsource Employee Benefit Trust.
