L&T Technology Services reported robust financial performance for Q3FY25, with revenues reaching ₹2,653 crore, marking a 3.1% quarter-on-quarter growth and 9.5% year-on-year growth. The company also posted a net profit of ₹322 crore, which increased by 0.9% QoQ. Notably, eight large deals were secured during this quarter, contributing to the highest-ever large deal bookings, including a significant USD 50 million engagement.
The company’s growth was driven primarily by its Tech and Sustainability segments, with demand improving significantly. Operationally, EBIT margins improved to 16.2%, reflecting a favorable operational environment despite wage hikes. The recent acquisition of Intelliswift is expected to further enhance LTTS's capabilities in software and platform development, positioning the company for continued growth in new sectors like Fintech and Healthcare.
Looking ahead, LTTS has guided for nearly 10% revenue growth in constant currency for FY25 and reaffirmed a medium-term target of USD 2 billion in revenue.
