NELCO Limited — Board Meeting, 15-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated total income is ₹82.24 crore, with a net profit of ₹4.95 crore during Q3. Additionally, the Board has appointed Mr. Vijay Somaiya as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Dr. Lakshmi Nadkarni and Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey have been reappointed for a second term. The term of Mr. K.N. Murthy as an Independent Director will conclude on January 27, 2025.
