Nesco Limited — New Orders, 15-01-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Nesco Limited has emerged as the highest bidder for the development, operation, and maintenance of Wayside Amenities along the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Expressway, following the acceptance of its proposal by National Highways Logistics Management Limited. This project includes four sites, with an estimated development cost of approximately ₹50 crore for each site, totaling around ₹200 crore. The lease is set for a period of 30 years, with the potential for a 30-year extension, and development is expected to be completed within 10 months.

From year four of operations, the company anticipates an annualized revenue of around ₹300 crore from these sites. The annual lease rent is roughly ₹3.34 crore, subject to annual adjustments based on WPI and CPI. This project represents a significant opportunity for Nesco, enhancing its revenue streams and operational footprint in the leisure and hospitality sector.
