MPS Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-01-2025: Record Date

MPS Limited has revised the Record Date for determining shareholder entitlement to an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 from 24 January 2025 to 29 January 2025. The Board meeting scheduled for 23 January 2025 will consider the approval of the un-audited financial results for Q3 and the nine months ended 31 December 2024, along with the potential declaration of the interim dividend. If declared, the dividend will be paid within 30 days to shareholders registered by the Record Date.
