This strategic move enhances its footprint in the hospitality sector, adding 16 boutique properties under the "Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels" brand. The acquisition aims to capitalize on the growing demand for experiential stays in offbeat locations across India, positioning the company for asset-light growth in the luxury segment. Rajscape Hotels, with a turnover of ₹23.44 Crores in FY 2024, will now operate as a subsidiary, potentially unlocking further value for shareholders.
