Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited has completed the allotment of 18,69,000 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹1,043.33 each through a preferential private placement. The allotment includes 7,18,850 shares to Shamyak Investment Private Limited and 11,50,150 shares to Lata Manek Bhanshali, resulting in total consideration of approximately ₹194.99 crore. Following this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital increases to ₹14,21.92 crore. The shares allotted will be subject to a lock-in period per SEBI regulations.
