Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited — Board Meeting, 13-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024, reporting a total income of ₹1,152.62 Cr and a net profit after tax of ₹141.15 Cr. Additionally, the Board allocated ₹120 Cr for a new facility aimed at producing high-value specialty products, expected to start operations in 18 months, thereby advancing its strategy to reduce import dependency. Furthermore, the incorporation of a new subsidiary, “Himadri Invati Nanotech Speciality Limited,” and a wholly-owned subsidiary in the USA named “Himadri Speciality Inc” has been approved to enhance operational capabilities and market reach.
