HCL Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 13-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹29,890 Cr, reflecting a year-on-year increase of approximately 5% from ₹28,446 Cr. The profit for the period stood at ₹4,594 Cr, compared to ₹4,351 Cr in the previous year. The Board also declared a fourth interim dividend of ₹18 per equity share, which includes a special dividend of ₹6 to mark the 25th anniversary of the Company's public listing.
