The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Abhay Kumar Sethia as a Non-Executive Independent Additional Director for a one-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also finalized the Postal Ballot Notice and appointed Mukesh Siroya and Co. as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process. KFin Technologies Limited will facilitate the e-voting from 15th January to 13th February. Additionally, 10th January has been set as the cut-off date to determine eligible members for voting on the proposed resolutions.
