Poonawalla Fincorp Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited has announced a board meeting regarding the allotment of 15,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 150 Cr, through private placement. The debentures, which will be listed on the BSE’s Wholesale Debt Market Segment, carry a fixed coupon rate of 8.03% per annum and will mature on November 7, 2029. The issue was made at a discount with accrued interest, reflecting a subscription amount of Rs. 1,521.17 Cr.
