The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income stood at ₹159.97 billion, with a net profit after tax of ₹7.84 billion for the standalone results. Mr. Anshul Asawa is appointed as the Chief Executive Officer Designate, effective March 15, 2025, succeeding Mr. Ignatius Navil Noronha as CEO from February 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Hitesh Shah and Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekharan have been appointed to senior management positions.
