Dynamic Services & Security Limited — Board Meeting, 11-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board meeting addressed the conversion of 5,25,000 equity share warrants into an equivalent number of equity shares. This conversion was approved following the discretion given to shareholders in their Annual General Meeting. The total consideration received for this conversion was ₹2.36 crore, representing the remaining 75% of the issue price per warrant. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increases to ₹23.52 crore, comprising 2,35,18,192 equity shares of ₹10 each after the full conversion of all warrants.
