The Board of Directors of Mono Pharmacare Limited has approved the appointment of Ms. Drashti Rohit Chande as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent). This decision includes re-constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Chande, aged 28, holds an M.Com from Mumbai University and has 5 years of experience in accounting and pharmaceuticals. This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the next General Meeting and is set for a term lasting until January 10, 2029.
