PTC India Limited — Important, 10-01-2025: Updates

The office of MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for PTC India Limited, will change to a new address effective January 13, 2025. The updated address is 179-180, DSIDC Shed, 3rd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi – 110020. All future communications to the RTA should be directed to this new address. Stakeholders are advised to update their records accordingly.
