CESC Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 10-01-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share, equivalent to 450%, for FY 2024-25. This dividend will be payable to members recorded in the Company's register by the close of business on a specified record date of January 16, 2025. The unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, were also reviewed, reporting total income of ₹7,552 Cr and net profit after tax of ₹582 Cr, translating to an earnings per share of ₹4.39.
