Optiemus Infracom Limited — JV/Acquisition, 10-01-2025: Acquisition

Optiemus Infracom has approved the acquisition of 1,47,00,000 equity shares in Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies Private Limited (BIGTech) at an offer price of INR 10 per share, totaling INR 14.7 Cr. This investment aims to support BIGTech in establishing a manufacturing facility, uphold ownership in the joint venture, and enhance brand image. Post-acquisition, Optiemus will maintain a 70% stake in BIGTech, which focuses on manufacturing cover glass for mobile devices. The completion of this transaction is expected by March 20, 2025.
