UCO Bank — Important, 09-01-2025: Updates

UCO Bank has confirmed the election of Ms. Rachna Khare as the Shareholder Director, effective from 10th January 2025, following her valid nomination. After appropriate scrutiny, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee deemed her "Fit and Proper" in line with RBI guidelines. As there was only one valid nomination for the position, the agenda for the election of a Shareholder Director will not be taken up during the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting on 22nd January 2025. Ms. Khare will serve a three-year term, concluding on 9th January 2028. This development solidifies the bank's governance structure and reflects its commitment to shareholder representation.
