The Delhi Tribunal has dismissed appeals by the Income Tax Department against T.V. Today Network for the assessment years 2016-17 and 2017-18. For the 2016-17 assessment, five of seven grounds were resolved in favor of the company, amounting to Rs. 4.69 crore. The remaining two grounds were sent back for verification involving Rs. 0.88 crore. Similarly, for 2017-18, four out of six grounds were favorable to the company, totaling Rs. 3.46 crore, with two grounds requiring verification amounting to Rs. 0.85 crore.
