Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has declared a third interim dividend of ₹10 and a special dividend of ₹66 per equity share. The dividends will be paid on February 3, 2025, to shareholders registered by January 17, 2025.

In the financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2024, TCS reported revenue from operations of ₹63,973 crore, a year-on-year increase compared to ₹60,583 crore. The company's total income for the period reached ₹65,216 crore, and profit for the period stood at ₹12,444 crore, up from ₹11,097 crore a year ago. The earnings per share for this quarter were ₹34.21.

The consolidated income from operations for the nine-month period was ₹1,90,845 crore, bringing in total comprehensive income of ₹11,624 crore for the quarter. The ongoing performance signals a positive outlook, indicating stability and potential growth for TCS moving forward.
