Annapurna Swadisht Limited — Board Meeting, 09-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mr. Manoj Sharma has been appointed as an Additional Director and as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Annapurna Swadisht Limited, effective January 9, 2025. He brings over two decades of experience in finance, supply chain, and project implementation, having previously worked with Birla Corporation Limited as Vice President Logistics. Gajanan Prasad Sah Kalwar has submitted his resignation from the position of Joint Managing Director due to personal reasons, effective January 9, 2024.
