Teamo Productions HQ Limited — Board Meeting, 09-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Teamo Productions HQ Limited has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. For this period, the company reported total income of ₹95.21 Cr and a profit of ₹4.67 Cr. Additionally, the Board has agreed to raise funds up to ₹50 Cr through a Rights Issue, following member approval from the Annual General Meeting held in September 2024. A “Rights Issue Committee” will be constituted to oversee this initiative.
