Windsor Machines Limited — Board Meeting, 09-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Windsor Machines Limited has approved the allotment of 1.17 crore equity shares at a price of ₹191.85 per share, raising approximately ₹225 crore. Additionally, 2.61 crore equity warrants were issued, aggregating about ₹500 crore. Post-allotment, the total paid-up equity capital now stands at ₹153 crore. The board has also given in-principle approval for a capital expenditure of ₹165 crore to establish a new facility in Rajkot.
