Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has approved the allotment of 21,297 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2019. Following this, the bank’s paid-up capital has increased from ₹1,934.54 crore to ₹1,934.56 crore. The bank is in the process of applying for final listing approval for these shares on the NSE and BSE, having already received in-principal approval.
