The Board of Directors has announced significant leadership changes. Mr. Ashish Mittal has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately, as part of internal restructuring but will remain in his role as Assistant General Manager-Secretarial. Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective January 9, 2025. Additionally, Prakash Agarwal, President – Strategy, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel. These changes reflect the company's strategic focus and internal alignment as it continues to position itself for growth.
