Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 08-01-2025: Bonus

The Board of Directors has approved a 1:1 bonus issue of equity shares, providing 1 new fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1 for every existing share held, pending shareholder approval. This will double the paid-up capital from Rs. 15.01 Cr to Rs. 30.02 Cr. The company plans to issue equity shares via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) for up to Rs. 750 Cr. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled for 3rd February 2025 to secure the necessary approvals for these actions.
