Suraj Estate Developers Limited — Board Meeting, 08-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of three new directors: Mr. Jitendra Shantilal Mehta and Mr. Vinod Prabhudas Chithore as independent directors, and Mrs. Elizabeth Lavanya Rajan Thomas as a non-executive director, each for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Rathi & Associates has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2024-25. The composition of various board committees has also been restructured following the resignation of Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra, ensuring continued governance and oversight.
