In Q3 FY '25, Ashiana Housing booked 451 units, down from 482 in Q2 FY '25 and a notable increase from 252 in Q3 FY '24. The launch of new projects—Ashiana Swarang, Ashiana Amodh Phase-2, and Ashiana Ekansh Phase-4—saw sales of 183 units, translating to 2.86 lakh sq. ft. and a revenue of INR 191.27 crore. Over the nine-month period of FY '25, total sales amounted to INR 1,362.17 crore, reflecting a 45% year-on-year growth from INR 935.68 crore in the same period last year. This surge is primarily driven by the successful rollout of Amarah Phase 4 in Gurugram, which contributed significantly to the figures with 3.49 lakh sq. ft. sold.
