The Board of Directors has made several key appointments and changes during the recent meeting. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Additionally, the authority for determining materiality of events has been revised to include Mr. Ravi Aggarwal (Managing Director), Mr. Rajat Kathuria (CEO), Mr. M R Bothra (Company Secretary), and Mr. Sharma. Other appointments in senior management include Mr. Sapan Bebarta (President – Legal), Mr. Sapan Madan (Vice President – Sales), Mr. Vidush Arya (Vice President – Corporate Strategy), and Mr. Saurabh Jolly (Vice President – Project Management Office), effective immediately.
