A wholly owned subsidiary, Anantapur II REZ Transmission Limited, has been incorporated by PFC Consulting Limited to develop the transmission system for the Anantapur-11 REZ Phase-I, which focuses on integrating 4.5 GW of power. PFC Consulting Limited has been appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator by the Ministry of Power for selecting a Transmission Service Provider through a competitive bidding process. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will undertake essential preparatory activities, including land acquisition and forest clearance if required, before being transferred to the successful bidder after the completion of the bidding process.
