This acquisition aims to bolster OPO's global service capabilities, enhance its digital customer engagement solutions, and capitalize on operational synergies. The deal will add over 1,400 skilled professionals to OPO's workforce and provide access to the target company's established client base in sectors like telecommunications and e-commerce. Full integration is anticipated by Q3 2025.
