Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 07-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Equitas Small Finance Bank has allotted 86,134 equity shares at a nominal value of ₹10 each under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019, to option grantees. This allotment raises the bank's paid-up share capital from ₹1,139.32 crore to ₹1,139.41 crore. The newly issued shares will have the same rights as existing equity shares.
