One 97 Communications Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 07-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

One 97 Communications Limited has approved the allotment of 1,48,313 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of stock options. This includes 1,48,243 shares from the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019 and 70 from the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008. The face value of the shares is ₹1 each, and the total issued and paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹637,530,943. These shares will be identical in all respects to existing equity shares and will not be subject to any lock-in.
