Vodafone Idea Limited — Important, 06-01-2025: Diversification/Disinvestment

Vodafone Idea Limited has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its entire 50% shareholding in Firefly Networks Limited to iBUS Network and Infrastructure Private Limited for Rs. 45 million. Following this transaction, Firefly will no longer be a joint venture of the company. In the last financial year, Firefly contributed a loss of Rs. 55 million to Vodafone Idea’s consolidated profit, accounting for approximately 0.02% of the total. The sale is expected to complete within around 30 business days.
