Arkade Developers Limited has recently expanded its portfolio by adding three new redevelopment projects in key micro-markets of Western Mumbai, encompassing a total development area of 20,232 square meters (approximately 5 acres). The projects are expected to yield a saleable carpet area of approximately 5.85 lakh sq. ft., with a projected turnover of ₹2,150 Cr.

The redevelopment includes a project in Andheri East, covering 6,811 square meters with an estimated turnover of around ₹527 Cr, another in Malad West covering 6,337 square meters with a potential turnover of about ₹258 Cr, and the largest project in Borivali West, spanning 7,084 square meters and promising an estimated turnover of ₹865 Cr.

Chairman Amit Jain emphasized the significance of redevelopment in Mumbai's evolving real estate landscape and their commitment to delivering quality projects ahead of schedule. With several ongoing and upcoming projects, Arkade is well-positioned for future growth and aims to strengthen its presence in the market.
