Goodluck India Limited — Important, 04-01-2025: General Updates

The company is establishing a new facility in Sikandarabad, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, to accommodate the extensive needs of the Defence & Aerospace Industry through its subsidiary. This facility, requiring an investment of approximately 216.50 Cr, will focus on forging, machining, treatment, and coating of various types of steel and alloys, using advanced methods like robotic forging. With a production capacity of around 11,000 MT per annum, machinery installation has commenced, and trial production is expected to begin in Q1 of FY 2025-26. This development could bolster the company's position in a critical sector, indicating a positive outlook for future growth.
