Bharti Airtel Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 03-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Bharti Airtel Limited has announced the allotment of 461,527 fully paid-up equity shares following the conversion of USD 3.3 million from its USD 1,000 million 1.50% Convertible Bonds due 2025. The shares, issued at a conversion price of INR 515 each, will increase the company’s paid-up equity share capital to approximately INR 28,971.83 crore, comprising 5,696.29 million fully paid-up equity shares. Concurrently, the outstanding principal value of the FCCBs will decrease to USD 41.748 million following this conversion.
