M/s. Mysore Projects Private Limited and M/s. Brigade Tetrarch Private Limited have acquired a 51% equity stake in M/s. Ananthay Properties Private Limited, marking it as a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises. The acquisition involved the allotment of 19,38,000 equity shares at ₹10 each, totaling ₹1.94 Crore. Mysore Projects purchased 18,62,000 shares (₹1.86 Crore), while Brigade Tetrarch acquired 76,000 shares (₹0.76 Crore). Ananthay Properties, a private limited company established in March 2022, is focused on real estate development but has yet to generate revenue, indicating it is still in the process of operationalization. This strategic move aims to bolster Brigade’s presence in the real estate sector, presenting potential growth opportunities as the new subsidiary develops its projects. Watch closely for the completion of the acquisition by 10th January 2025.
