The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 53,830 equity shares, following the exercise of stock options by eligible employees under the Genesys ESOP Scheme - 2020 and Genesys ESOP Scheme - 2022. Post-allotment, the paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 19.88 crore, split into 3,97,74,240 equity shares. Additionally, 3,000 stock options were granted to employees under the ESOP Scheme - 2022 at an exercise price of Rs. 500 per share, reflecting a 48.96% discount to the closing price on January 01, 2025.
