Pricol Limited — Board Meeting, 02-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the divestment of Pricol Limited's wiping business division to Auto Ignition Limited on a slump sale basis. The revenue from the wiping division was ₹66.36 Cr in FY24. The transaction consideration is set at ₹20 Cr, with completion expected by January 31, 2025, subject to agreement conditions. Notably, the buyer is unrelated to Pricol's promoter group, and there will be no change in the shareholding pattern of the company.
