CSL Finance Limited — Others, 02-01-2025: Change in Management

CSL Finance has made changes to its management structure in line with a strategic realignment of its SME lending segment. Mr. Chandan Kumar is promoted to Head – Strategy & Business, Mr. Sachin Shah advances to Zonal Sales Manager, and Mr. Chirag Gupta becomes Credit Head - Wholesale Vertical. This shift follows the resignation of Mr. Amit Ranjan, the Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2025.
