Camlin Fine Sciences Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 02-01-2025: Rights Issue

Camlin Fine Sciences has announced a board meeting to discuss a rights issue aimed at raising up to ₹225 crore through the issuance of 2,04,26,244 equity shares at ₹110 each. This rights issue will be available to eligible shareholders in a ratio of 5 shares for every 41 shares held on the record date of January 8, 2025. The rights issue opens on January 17, 2025, and closes on January 27, 2025. Shareholders will have the option to renounce their rights either on-market or off-market within specified periods. The total outstanding shares post-issue will be approximately 18.79 crore.
