Atmastco Limited — Board Meeting, 01-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Atmastco Ltd has resolved to issue up to 34,35,000 equity shares at ₹ 250.50 each, totaling ₹ 86.05 Cr, through a preferential issue to non-promoters. Additionally, they approved the issuance of up to 4,80,000 warrants, convertible into equity shares, at the same price, amounting to ₹ 12.02 Cr, for promoters. The Board also sanctioned an increase in authorized share capital from ₹ 25 Cr to ₹ 30 Cr. These decisions are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
