Womancart Limited — Board Meeting, 01-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Womancart has approved plans to issue up to 7,79,600 equity shares at a price of Rs. 312 per share and up to 1,64,400 convertible warrants, also at Rs. 312 per warrant. These approvals are subject to shareholders' consent in an extraordinary general meeting. The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for the meeting is set for 27th December 2024. Additionally, Ms. Priya Binani has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, ensuring a fair and transparent procedure for the upcoming shareholder decisions.
