The United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company Limited — Board Meeting, 01-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Sashikala Srikanth as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective December 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for January 30, 2025. The board also appointed Mr. S. Kasi Viswanathan as Scrutinizer for the e-Voting process and made reconstitutions to the Audit and CSR Committees, effective December 31, 2024. The e-Voting will begin on January 27, 2025, and end on January 29, 2025, with a cut-off date for voting rights set for January 23, 2025.
