Macpower CNC Machines Limited — Board Meeting, 31-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the retirement of Mr. Rajnikant Mohanlal Raja as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025, following his attainment of superannuation age. Mr. Vishal Bipinkumar Mehta has been appointed as the new CFO, also effective January 1, 2025, bringing over 22 years of finance and internal audit experience. In addition, Mr. Milan Rameshbhai Dhameliya has been designated as the new Internal Auditor, effective the same date, leveraging his eight years of expertise in internal control and auditing.
