One Point One Solutions Limited has completed the conversion of 250,000 convertible warrants into an equal number of equity shares. The conversion involved an amount of ₹53.10 lakh at a rate of ₹21.24 per warrant. Following this conversion, the paid-up equity capital of the company has increased to ₹51.49 crore, consisting of 25,74,78,589 equity shares. There are still 1,11,24,944 warrants pending for conversion, with holders entitled to convert within 18 months by paying the remaining 75% of the issue price.
